      Determining Catalyst Firmware Version

      How can I determine the version of firmware running on my Catalyst?

      • From the "Front Panel" or from "Over the Phone" in programming mode, enter keycode 900.
      • From Alarmware, connect to the Catalyst and run "Diagnostics" and "Factory Settings."
