      Do I have to configure a scale in my PLC for analog inputs to get a reading in the Verbatim Gateway?

      No. The Verbatim Gateway can scale the 16-bit address reading to engineering units for you.

      • You do this when setting up the Gateway.
      • You do not need to change the PLC programming.
      • This means, that when the Gateway calls you or you call it, you hear a numerical value then the engineering unit.

      Examples: 456.9 Degrees F or 205 PSI.
