Can the Catalyst utilize the Public Address (PA) feature and trigger its PNP Transistor output at Pin P4 during a TFAIL condition?
P4 is activated by any unacknowledged alarm, so wouldn't be good for TFAIL. The way we monitor phone line failure is with a Telephone Line Manager which will need a separate power supply (wall transformer).
