I have a RACO Catalyst autodialer that I am configuring for a client. I want to test the complete configuration here at our office prior to taking it to the field.
IT guys have given me a phone connection with an extension associated with it. How do I program this into the Catalyst unit?
For example the RTU phone number for the Catalyst is 999-999-9999 extension 999
You will have to program some pauses into the phone number using commas. Each comma = 1 second of delay.
Call the number by hand and count the number of seconds from the last digit dialed until you can enter an extension number.
Add that number of commas, followed by the extension number e.g., 999-999-9999,,,,,,,,999. You may have to experiment some with the number of commas.
