FSA role and definition (Financial System Administrator)

What is the role of the FSA?

FSA (Financial System Administrator)

The FSA is the person within the organization who will be the point of contact for establishing service and payment arrangements. This is the person with the authority to approve service contracts. If you have any questions about designating an FSA, please contact the RACO Sales Department.

The FSA will be alerted when service is ready to expire for a particular RTU. It is important to note that individual RTUs may have different contract renewal dates. RTUs may have been purchased and installed at different times. In companies with multiple RTUs, it is recommended that the contract renewal dates for your RTUs be synchronized.  Please contact RACO Sales directly to make these contract adjustments.
