How do I enter program mode during an over the phone session?
During an over the phone session with a Catalyst, you can enter program mode by pressing a 1 on your telephone keypad. Program mode is menu option 1. If PINs are configured, only those personnel with Programming or Administrative privileges will be allow to enter program mode.
