What do I do if the user does not have an email address?
All users are required to have a validated email address entry on the Add/Edit user page on the AlarmAgent.com web site. If the user does not have their own email account then they can use another email account, such as the CSA. The user also has the option of signing up for a free email account on sites such as Gmail.
Do not purposely create an invalid email address.
