With regard to remote programing, I call the unit put in the program code (ex 95000) then the instructions say to press enter. But what is the enter key on a handset or cell phone?
I have tried the pound key and the star but nothing happens?
You need to press the # key twice. The Verbatim will then report back to you what you have just configured.
