Why am I getting a watchdog alarm when my template report shows the unit sent the report at the correct time?
The Template Report shows the times the reports were created. If the AlarmAgent unit is unable to establish communication at the basetime, the report(s) are held in memory (buffered). When the unit is able to establish communications with the cell tower, the buffered reports are sent to the AlarmAgent server.
The Template Report shows the time the report was created, not the time it was delivered. To find out the exact time a particular report was delivered, refer to the "Non-Alarm Events Log". This log will show all the times and the associated events whenever there has been communication with the unit.
