A new look for e-commerce

You may have noticed that things are looking...different lately.  You're right!

Check it out here!

The team has been hard at work upgrading the online experience for our visitors, customers, sales reps, and anyone else who is interacting with us. This includes a new, re-launched online ordering experience.

With the re-launch of our e-commerce site, we have modernized the experience. We think the benefits of this upgrade are substantial for our customers and include:

1. Simplified organization and navigation - Simply search for your product SKU or select your options to have it generated for you.
2. Accurate order entry - the new system is integrated into our order management system ensuring that accurate information gets to our production team.
3. Faster order processing - once orders are submitted, our production team is instantly notified and can begin working on your order. The old system could take days.
4. Stored payment methods - pay however works for your business and store that information for future use/re-ordering.
5. Automatic discounting - special volume discounts are applied throughout the site when you are logged in to give you the most accurate information possible.
6. Mobile-optimized design - order on the go with a best-in-class mobile experience.

And more...what do you think is the biggest benefit from this upgrade?

If you have feedback, please send it over to sales@racoman.com and we will implement the most popular and useful feedback we receive.

Thank you as always for your continued business!
