Meet our new Support Center

You may have noticed that stuff looks a bit different nowadays on our website! Our team has been working very hard to modernize the experience you have with RACO. Today, we are thrilled to announce the next step.

We have launched a new support center

So, what does this mean? 

  1. The old support center will go away April 1. Please make sure to update your bookmarks. Historical data will be preserved and existing tickets will be processed through April 1. At that time, activity will be moved to the new system. 
  2. One place for all of your support needs. Easier for you and our team to manage.
    1. Knowledge base - this is where articles about how to best use your RACO products will exist. The layout is simple and easy to follow. This includes powerful search, categories, and related articles.

    2. Customer portal - All of your new RMAs and tickets will be cataloged here. Once you sign up for an account, you can view your ticket history, comment on existing tickets, upload additional attachments, and monitor the status of your RMA

    3. Submit RMA - The RMA submission process has been streamlined. You will receive automated emails at each step of the process. RMAs will be assigned to users, but also consolidated across your entire company. That lets us have more context when helping you with your problem.

    4. Mutli-channel support - Whether it is live chat, email to, or phone calls, our team will never be without key information to support you. 
    5. Unified company information - To better serve you, all of your ticketing, RMA, and support communications will be available to our team.
