Is my inspection data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Photos are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Role-based permissions ensure staff only see what they need.
Can I give contractors limited access?
Yes. You can invite contractors as inspectors with scoped access to specific sites. They can capture data and finalize inspections, but only admins can approve and complete them.
Does it work offline?
Currently, an internet connection is required to capture and sync inspection data. Offline support is on our roadmap for a future release.
Can I customize PDF inspection reports?
Reports are generated with your organization name, site details, photo documentation, and tagged observations. The professional layout is designed to be stakeholder-ready out of the box.
Does it integrate with other systems?
RACO Field Inspector is a standalone platform. If you have specific integration needs (CMMS, GIS, etc.), contact us to discuss your requirements.
